Swinging Screen Door Measurement Guide

How to measure your swinging screen door:

1. Stand outside and in front of the door opening.
2. Start by measuring the width of the door frame. This is done by measuring from the inside of the door frame to the inside of the door frame on the opposite side. We recommend that you measure 3 different times; top, middle and bottom and use the smallest of the 2 numbers.
3. Measuring the height involves measuring twice, once on the far left and once on the far right. Use the smaller of the 2 numbers. 
4. Subtract 1/4 inch from the width.
5. Subtract 1/2 inch from the height.

Note: The most common sizes are 30", 32" and 36" wide. Standard height is 80"
